Byblos Cafe in our favorite Old Towne Orange! Mediterranean. Lebanese, Greek Cuisine! We had Falafel Wrap and Beef Gyros! Delicious! Bryn - thank you for the awesome service! http://www.byblos.cafe/ FRESH, HEALTHY FOOD... SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS. Byblos Café, originally a Mediterranean market, has been a staple in the orange circle since the 50's. It was sold to Adel and Zalfa Mahshi in 1989. The family run business became a favorite in the town for Lebanese cuisine. Many locals loyally frequented the spot for their famous Turkish coffee. In 2022, Daily Dose Hospitality, the crew that also runs Bosscat Kitchen & Libations, purchased the business from the family. While Adel and Zalfa had the opportunity to retire, their son, Tim, joined the team alongside Pedram Yazarlou as operating partners. They have transitioned the cuisine to a Mediterranean fusion style with influences from Greece, Turkey, Iran, Lebanon, & Jordan. What a sweet spot! The vibe is awesome! Good is so yummy I had the fried cauliflower and the grape leaves. Best grape leaves I've had in a while. The seating is so adorable and the open air feel is my favorite! We enjoyed the drinks and ended our visit with the baklava dessert which was topped with vanilla ice cream. SO GOOD!!! They have a patio in the back that makes you feel like you're somewhere in Europe. All around the food, the Service, the vibe was all spot on. Special thanks to the owner, Peydrum, thank you for making our first time so memorable. We will be back soon.

Perfect Combo of Hookah and Food! I had an amazing time! The burger was delicious--bursting with flavor and cooked just right. The hookah was equally impressive, with a smooth smoke and a great variety of flavors. Aiman and Yousef were very friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance was cozy and perfect for a relaxed night out. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves good food and excellent hookah. Can't wait to come back!

My friend and I stopped by here as we were crazing brunch. We arrived right when they opened so we were seated right away. The server, Kylie, was great, the food was as good as I expected with the exception of the koobideh being overcooked. Overall it was a good meal, but sadly not somewhere I'd be craving to return.
